"I had a fantastic home purchasing experience with Alek. As a first time home buyer, I felt very nervous about the SF market. Alek was so great for the following reasons:
1. Alek was very patient with me when guiding me through the whole process. He was never pushy.
2. He was very proactive in finding me off market listings and worked tirelessly to make sure we had all the information for our weekend home touring sprees.
3. He is extremely professional and made me feel he was always there for me. We had numerous late night calls about bidding strategies and choices as well as evening tours to accommodate my demanding work schedules. He was even there for me after the transaction was over to make sure I found the right interior designer and contractor for renovation.
4. He is resourceful. He was always happy to refer various other professionals for home purchase related services, on my request, to me.
5. He is analytical and knows the market very well. He used various negotiating strategies to get me a better price. As a very analytical person myself, I was very glad that we had several conversations just about the maths.
